I’m Marianna, founder of Levtov Consulting. My career skyrocketed in one of the most complex industries in the world: global logistics and supply chain. It taught me how to lead through complexity, scale under pressure, and bring clarity to innovation. Today, I use that experience to help founders in every industry build the leadership, strategy, and systems they need to survive and scale, from startups to global leaders. Along the way, I saw one truth: founders don’t fail because they lack vision. They fail because they don’t have the right support when it matters most.

Marianna Levtov is a certified Systemic Coach, having successfully completed the professional training programme at the Tübinger Akademie für Weiterbildung, Fachbereich Tübinger Institut für NLP, in accordance with the guidelines of the Deutscher Verband für Neuro-Linguistisches Programmieren (DVNLP).
With this qualification, Marianna offers systemic coaching for individuals, executives, and teams—supporting personal development, leadership growth, and complex decision-making. Her coaching approach is grounded in systems theory, enabling clients to understand interdependencies, overcome recurring patterns, and develop sustainable strategies for change.
