I am Marianna and this is my Method. The journey began with a deep-seated passion for IoT technologies, supply chain digitalisation and M2M (Machine-to-Machine) communication, coupled with a desire to help businesses achieve their full potential. Marianna Levtov is a certified Systemic Coach, having successfully completed the professional training programme at the Tübinger Akademie für Weiterbildung, Fachbereich Tübinger Institut für NLP, in accordance with the guidelines of the Deutscher Verband für Neuro-Linguistisches Programmieren (DVNLP).
With this qualification, Marianna offers systemic coaching for individuals, executives, and teams—supporting personal development, leadership growth, and complex decision-making. Her coaching approach is grounded in systems theory, enabling clients to understand interdependencies, overcome recurring patterns, and develop sustainable strategies for change.

Marianna’s systemic coaching is informed by over a decade of experience in international strategy, logistics innovation, and regulatory leadership. She combines this with strong academic grounding—executive education from Oxford Saïd and a PhD in progress—to deliver reflective, empowering, and high-impact coaching sessions.
Sessions are available in English, German, Russian, Chinese, Hebrew and can be delivered in person or online.
As a certified NLP Coach, trained at the Tübinger Institut für NLP and accredited by the German Association for Neuro-Linguistic Programming (DVNLP), Marianna integrates the principles of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) into her coaching practice.
